Scheduling Appointments for Existing Clients
Welcome back! Booking your ongoing sessions is straightforward and designed to make maintaining your support as easy as possible. Whether you’re continuing your regular appointments or scheduling a catch-up session, I’m here to ensure the process is simple and convenient.
To schedule your next appointment, please call the New Farm Wellness Centre reception team on 3358 2982. The team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and they can assist with finding a time that fits your schedule, answer any questions about fees, and manage any administrative details.
Alternatively, you can click the Booking button below or at the top of each page to book your session online. This allows you to quickly select a suitable time and manage your appointments digitally, saving you time and effort.
For existing clients, online booking is the easiest way to see your upcoming sessions, reschedule if needed, and ensure continuity in your care. Please note that managing your appointments is your responsibility. While I aim to send courtesy email reminders, it’s important to keep your contact details up to date.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee, with exceptions for genuine emergencies. This helps ensure that time is available for other clients who may need support, please see the Cancellation Policy for further information
