Tama Barry (he/him) is a compassionate and approachable psychologist. He works collaboratively with adults and adolescents (16+), supporting mental health, neurodivergence, identity exploration, and performance challenges. Tama draws from evidence-based therapies, creating a warm and affirming space where clients can develop insight, alignment with values, and greater self-acceptance.

We suggest booking the first three appointments fortnightly for the best therapeutic start

Once booked, you’ll receive a consent and intake form via email.

Please complete the form least 48 hours before your first session. This will save us time in your first session
